## Command properties

### Data value → data value input

Use the **Data** setting to choose one of the following sources for the Data Value command:

* **Data List:** Uses data from a parent Data List command. Select the Data List and the child command or column from which to retrieve the data. A transformation can further customize the value.

* **Command:** Uses the parent command or the parent's parent command as the data source. A transformation can further customize the value.

* **Agent Parameter:** Uses an Agent input parameter as the data source. A transformation can further customize the value.

* **Action Result:** Uses an action result as the input data. Available results are:

  * **Page HTML:** Provides the page HTML. A transformation can further customize the value.
